Cancellations

  • Employees can cancel flight bookings via the Nevo platform or by contacting our customer support team.
  • Cancellation fees may apply as per the airline’s fare rules and policy.
  • The convenience fee is non-refundable under all circumstances.

Refunds

  • Refunds are subject to the terms of the airline and hotels associated with the booking.
  • If eligible, the refund will be processed after deducting any applicable cancellation fees, penalties, and the non-refundable convenience fee.
  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
  • Processing times may vary based on the airline/hotel and payment provider. Nevo is not responsible for delays beyond our control.

Booking Modifications

  • Changes to bookings depend on the hotel/airline fare rules and availability.
  • Fare differences, change fees, and penalties may apply.
  • All modifications are subject to availability and airline-specific terms.

Force Majeure

  • Nevo is not liable for disruptions caused by unforeseen events (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest).
  • In such cases, we will support rebooking or refund efforts, but outcomes depend on airline policies.

Fraudulent or Disputed Transactions: If Nevo identifies fraudulent booking activity or receives a chargeback request deemed invalid after investigation, Nevo reserves the right to suspend the associated corporate account, recover any amounts due, and report such incidents to relevant authorities or corporate administrators.
